401(k) Plan
Stanford Group Company financial advisors may contribute a percentage of their monthly earnings to a 401(k) plan on their first day of employment. Contributions are deducted from pre-tax dollars with an employer match of $0.50 for every dollar saved with a maximum of six percent of your annual income. Employees are also eligible for loans of up to 50 percent of the participants vested 401(k) balance.
Flexible Benefit Account — Health Care and Dependent Day Care
Our Flexible Benefit Account includes a choice of pre-tax options for reimbursement of pre-designated annual expenses. Through special savings accounts, you may set aside pre-tax contributions of up to $5,000 per year for reimbursement of medical care expenses not otherwise covered by your health plans and up to $5,000 per year for reimbursement of dependent day care expenses.
Health, Dental and Life Insurance
We offer major medical health and dental coverage through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. The company also provides insurance coverage for life, accidental death and dismemberment, and short- and long-term disability, available the first day of employment.
