Osvaldo (Ozzie) Pi

Mr. Pi spent almost 11 years of his initial business career with KPMG in New Jersey, Mexico City and Miami. During the subsequent nine years, he has been CFO of three multinational companies, one of which had revenues in excess of US$1 billion. He has a B.S. in accounting from St. Peter's College and is a CPA in New Jersey and Florida.
Tal Kimmel
Senior Vice President, Institutional Division
Mr. Kimmel is a senior vice president with Stanford Group Company's merchant banking group and focuses on portfolio investments in telecommunications and health care. He also oversees Stanford's investments in third-party venture capital funds and international venture investments. Mr. Kimmel joined Stanford Group Company as Vice President of Investment Banking in 2004 from the investment banking group of Lehman Brothers in New York, where he advised companies in the media and telecommunications sectors on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and public equity transactions. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was a senior associate in the structured finance group of Moody's Investors Service in New York, where he worked on asset-backed securities transactions. Mr. Kimmel received his M.B.A. with distinction from New York University's Stern School of Business in 2001 and his B.A. in economics from Queens College, where he graduated magna cum laude, in 1996.
