By controlling access into NetExchange Client ("NetExchange"), Stanford Group Company provides a secure, private means to view portfolio information online.
When setting up or logging into the NetExchange Client application, please use the following process:
Step 1
Prior to using NetExchange for the first time, you must obtain a unique user ID and password from Stanford Group Company. This information is required during the login and account setup process.
To obtain your login information, please contact your financial advisor to request access to the NetExchange application. You should receive a user ID and a temporary password in an e-mail message, unless you specify otherwise.
Step 2
After you have obtained your unique user ID from Stanford Group Company, click the "NetExchange Login" link at the top of any Stanford Group Company Web page. You will be directed to a login page.
Step 3
Enter your user ID and temporary password and click the "Login" button. This step is required the first time you access NetExchange.
Step 4
You will then be prompted to establish and confirm a new password for your account access. Please remember that your password must be alphanumeric and contain six to eight characters (at least one character must be a number).
Once you have changed your password, you will be able to access your account information by using the user ID provided by Stanford Group Company and the new password you just entered and verified.
Note: As with all login information, please keep your user ID and password private — sharing this information will allow others to view your private account information.
